YUSLEIDI SERJE
Co-founder of Global Route and Investor, previously served as Head of Marketing at Elevate Group, where she helped create the fastest-growing marketplace for commercial talent in Latin America with revenues of USD 940k in under 12 months and 1,400 paying customers.
Yus also created the global demand generation strategy (including Europe and Asia) for OnTop, a Latin payments platform, and for healthtec 1DOC3 with strong growth in Mexico.
At RD Station (sold to Totvs for USD 430M) she was part of the founding team responsible for the global expansion and executed more than 200 events in Mexico and Colombia, government contracts and strategic partnerships with LinkedIn, AWS, Facebook and Endeavor.
She also teaches postgraduate courses in Marketing at two renowned Colombian institutions: Universidad del Norte and CESA - Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración.
JOÃO PEDRO ROTH
Co-founder of Global Route, angel investor, member of Ciclo Empreendedor, a group of young entrepreneurs that fosters high-impact connections, and of Global Class, a network of internationalization specialists based in San Francisco.
Fluent in 5 languages and with 13+ years dedicated to the internationalization of companies, he was also part of RD Station's interantional founding team, and elect member of ACATE's Internationalization Board.
João served in Brazil-US relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC, managing mall key accounts at BrMalls, and was a partner at Lemon Energy, Lowercarbon Capital's first investment in Latin America alongside Kaszek and Kevin Efrusy.
He's also led business missions to China, roundtables with Fortune 500 executives in Brazil, and worked as an expat and speaker in the US, Colombia, and France.
