Co-founder of Global Route, she previously served as Head of Marketing at Elevate Group, where she helped create the fastest-growing marketplace for commercial talent in Latin America with USD 940k in revenue in 12 months and 1,400 paying customers. Yus also created the demand generation strategy at a global level (including Europe and Asia) for OnTop, a Latin American payments platform, and for the healthtech 1DOC3, which has seen strong growth in Mexico. At RD Station, she was part of the founding team responsible for the company's global expansion (sold to Totvs for R$ 1.8 billion) and executed more than 200 events in Mexico and Colombia, government contracts and strategic partnerships with LinkedIn, AWS, Facebook and Endeavor. She also works as a postgraduate professor in Marketing for two renowned Colombian institutions: Universidad del Norte and CESA - Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración.
JOÃO PEDRO ROTH
Co-founder of Global Route, angel investor, member of Ciclo Empreendedor, a group of young entrepreneurs that fosters high-impact connections, and of Global Class, a network of experts in the internationalization of companies based in San Francisco. Fluent in 5 languages and with over 13 years dedicated to the internationalization of Brazilian companies, he was part of the founding team responsible for the global expansion of RD Station (sold to Totvs for R$1.8 billion) and the Internationalization Board of ACATE. He also worked in Brazil-United States relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC, managed key accounts for shopping centers at BrMalls, and was a partner in the startup Lemon Energia, Lowercarbon Capital's first investment in Latin America, together with Kaszek and Kevin Efrusy. He has led business missions to China, held business rounds with Americans in Brazil, and worked as an expatriate and speaker in the United States, Colombia, and France.
