YUSLEIDI SERJE

Co-founder of Global Route and investor, she previously served as Head of Marketing at Elevate Group, where she helped build the fastest-growing commercial talent marketplace in Latin America, generating USD 940K in revenue in 12 months and 1,400 paying clients.

Yus also developed the global demand generation strategy (including Europe and Asia) for OnTop, a Latin payments platform, and for the healthtech 1DOC3, which saw strong growth in Mexico.

At RD Station, she was part of the founding team responsible for the company’s global expansion (acquired by Totvs for R$ 1.8 billion) and led over 200 events in Mexico and Colombia, in addition to government contracts and strategic partnerships with LinkedIn, AWS, Facebook, and Endeavor.

She is also a postgraduate marketing professor at two prestigious Colombian institutions: Universidad del Norte and CESA – Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración.

JOÃO PEDRO ROTH

Co-founder of Global Route, angel investor, member of Ciclo Empreendedor —a group of young entrepreneurs promoting high-impact connections— and Global Class, a San Francisco-based network of international business expansion experts.

Fluent in five languages and with over 13 years dedicated to internationalizing Brazilian companies, he was part of the founding team responsible for RD Station’s global expansion (sold to Totvs for R$ 1.8 billion) and served on the internationalization board of ACATE.

He also worked in Brazil–U.S. relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., managed key accounts for shopping centers at BrMalls, and was a partner at Lemon Energia, the first Latin American investment by Lowercarbon Capital alongside Kaszek and Kevin Efrusy.

João has led business missions to China, trade rounds with U.S. companies in Brazil, and has worked as an expatriate and speaker in the U.S., Colombia, and France.
